The Senate proceeded to Executive Session.
Having resumed Legislative business,
On motion by Mr. Stevens, it was

Ordered, That the use of the Senate Chamber be granted
on Wednesday night to the counsel of the city of Baltimore,
for the purpose of addressing the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings, in relation to the Park Tax, and the Passenger
Rail Roads of Baltimore city.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article LXVII. of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Notaries Public."

On motion by Mr. Walsh, .

Leave was granted to Messrs. Walsh, Lloyd and Longwell
to introduce a bill to repeal, amend and re-enact section 136
of Article XII. Public Local Laws, title "Harford County,"
sub-title "Sheriff."

On motion by Mr. Tuck,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture to re-
port a bill entitled an Act to add to Article LVI. of the Code
Public General Laws, entitled 'Licenses,' "certain sections
relating to dogs."

On motion by Mr. Williams,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Williams, Spencer and
Aydelott to introduce a bill to provide for the appointment of
a Treasurer for Calvert county.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Johns
Hopkins Hospital to purchase and hold tracts of land in Bal-
timore county, and to erect buildings thereon,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
