Article XX. of the Public Local Laws relating to Talbot
county, sub-title 'Elections,' and section 93 of said Article,
sub-title 'Justices of the Peace and Constables,' and to re-
enact the same with amendments."

Mr. Crawford, from a Select Committee, reported
The House bill entitled "An Act for the better protection
of Birds in Wicomico county,"

With the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out all after the word "Act," in section 4, line 2,
and insert the following in lieu thereof: "Shall, on convic-
tion thereof, be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor, and after
presentment and indictment by a Grand Jury and conviction,
be fined not less than two dollars, or be imprisoned in the.
County Jail not less than five nor more than ten days, at the
discretion of the Court.

The House bill relating to Collectors in Harford county,
With the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend by adding after the word "thereof," on the 9th
line of section 1, the words : "Provided, that the said lien
shall not effect the contingent right of dower of the wife of
said Collector or their securities.
