AN ACT to incorporate the Baltimore Trust, Safe

Deposit, Insurance and Guarantee Company of

Baltimore.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, That Lambert Gittings, William Gr. Har-
|

rison, M. C. Mordecai, Richard J. Gittings, James

H. Buchanan, John Izand Middleton, and all other
|

persons who shall hereafter become stockholders in
|

the company incorporated, shall be a body corporate

by the name and style of the Baltimore Trust, Safe
|

timore, and by that name shall have perpetual suc-
|

cession, and sue and be sued in any court whatever.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the corporation

hereby created shall have power to receive and hold
|
 
|
on deposit, and in trust, and as security, estate real
|

panies, corporations and individuals, and the same

to purchase, collect, adjust, settle, sell and dispose
