SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That Cecil, Somerset,
Calvert, Washington, Prince George's, St. Mary's,	Exempted
Caroline, Carroll, Queen Anne, Dorchester, Wicom-
ico, Montgomery, Allegany and Worcester counties, and Baltimore city, and all cities, towns or boroughs
in which dogs are taxed by municipal ordinance, be
and they are hereby exempted from the operations
of the provisions of this act.

AN ACT to protect partridges and grouse in Som-
erset county.

Maryland, That no person shall shoot, trap, or in any
