SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That Cecil, Somerset,

Calvert, Washington, Prince George's, St. Mary's,

Exempted

Caroline, Carroll, Queen Anne, Dorchester, Wicom-

ico, Montgomery, Allegany and Worcester counties,
and Baltimore city, and all cities, towns or boroughs
|
 
|
in which dogs are taxed by municipal ordinance, be
|
 
|
and they are hereby exempted from the operations
|
 
|
of the provisions of this act.
|
 
|
SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 508.

AN ACT to protect partridges and grouse in Som-
|
 
|
erset county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, That no person shall shoot, trap, or in any
|
 
|
manner catch or kill any partridge between the first
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That no person shall
