CHAPTER 481.

 

AN ACT to authorize the Senneca Point Club of

 

Cecil county, to elect non-resident directors.

Shall not be

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Senneca Point Club of Cecil

 

county, Maryland, a corporation duly incorporated

 

under the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,

 

chapter four hundred and seventy-one, shall not here-

 

after be required to elect a majority of its directors

 

from those of its stockholders who are residents of

 

the State of Maryland, but may select any or all of

 

its directors from its non-resident stockholders.

 

Approved April 11th, 1874.

 

CHAPTER 482

   
 

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay

 

Levin L. Waters, William J. Aydelotte, and Isaac

 

D. Jones, balance of compensation and expenses

 

due them, respectively as Commissioners of this

 

State, to adjust the boundary line between the

 

States of Virginia and Maryland.

Directed to pay

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the Treasurer of this State be and

 

he is hereby directed, to pay upon the warrant of

 

the Comptroller, the sum of two hundred and ninety-

 

eight dollars and twenty-four cents, to Levin L.

 

Waters, and the sum of two hundred and ninety-two

 

dollars and fifty cents, to William J. Aydelotte, and

 

the sum of one thousand dollars to Isaac D. Jones,

 

in full compensation for their claims for services and

 

expences as Commissioners of this State, to adjust

 

the boundary between the States of Virginia and

 

Maryland, and that an amount sufficient to pay the

 

said several sums of money be and the same is here-

 

by appropriated out of any money in the Treasury,

 

not otherwise appropriated.
