income aforesaid, and then and thereupon, the said

CHAPTER 472.

 

AN ACT to refund to Chas. Clagget, Jas. T. Perkine,

 

Assignee of the National Bank of Baltimore, and to

 

C. C. and R. H. Hyatt, for the benefit of R. D. Bur-

 

roughs, W. J. Beall, Wm. J. Berry and others ; and

 

to Daniel Clark, and Daniel Clark, Adminis-

 

trator of William D. Clark, moneys erroneously

 

paid by them to tobacco inspectors in Baltimore

 

city for outage and storage.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Appropriation.

Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be

 

and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue

 

his warrant upon the Treasurer in favor of Charles

 

Claggett for the sum of five hundred and ninety-four

 

dollars and twenty-five cents ; to James T. Perkins,
