CHAPTER 459.
AN ACT to repeal an act passed at the January
session, eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter
fifty-nine, entitled an act to direct the Attorney
General of the State to cause the State of Mary-
land to be made a party in a cause now pending
in the Circuit Court of Baltimore city, entitled the
" Commonwealth of Virginia versus the Chesa-
peake and Ohio Canal Company," and others.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

CHAPTER 460.
AN ACT to repeal section twelve, of article sixty-
four, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
" mortgages," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That section twelve, of article sixty-four,	Repealed and re-enacted
