CHAPTER 438.

 

AN ACT to refund to Francis Neale and Sons, of

 

Baltimore city, for the benefits of John Parsons,

 

Samuel Cox and others, moneys erroneously paid

 

by them to Inspectors of Tobacco in Baltimore

 

city, for storage and outage.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be

issue warrant.

and be is hereby authorized to issue his warrant

 

upon the Treasurer in favor of Francis Neale and

 

Sons, for the benefit of the following persons, to wit:

 

John Parsons, sixteen dollars and fifty cents ; Sam-

 

uel Cox, seventy dollars and seventy-five cents;

 

William F. Bowling, four dollars and seventy cents ;

 

S. Mud, seven dollars and fifty cents ; G. W. Thom-

 

as, three dollars and eighty cents; B. B. Waring,

 

eighty-two dollars and ninety-five cents; H. W.

 

Claggett, two hundred and twenty-one dollars and

 

thirty cents ; R. B. Davis, twenty-eight dollars and

 

ninety-five cents; H. E. Morton, twenty-three dol-

 

lars and forty cents; F. Bowie, three dollars and

 

ninety cents; T. Talbert of E., twelve dollars and

 

ninety cents; H. Caperton, five dollars and ten
