CHAPTER 401.
AN ACT to repeal sections one hundred and sixty,
one hundred aud sixty-one, one hundred and
seventy-one, one hundred and seventy-two, one
hundred and seventy-five and one hundred and .
seventy-six, of article four, of the Maryland Code
of Public Local Laws, sub-title, " courts," and
section first, of the act, passed February fourth,
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter six,
entitled, " an act to add certain additional sections,
relative to the Superior Court of Baltimore city
and the Court of Common Pleas in Baltimore city,
to the fourth article of the Public Local Laws,
regulating the return of process and the taking of
judgments in said courts," and section six, of the
act passed March twenty-second, eighteen hundred
and sixty-seven, chapter four hundred and one,
entitled an act to establish another court for the
city of Baltimore, as provided by the forty-first
section, of the fourth article, of the Constitution,
and to substitute the following in lieu thereof:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections one hundred and sixty,
one hundred and sixty-one, one hundred and
seventy one, one hundred and seventy-two, one
hundred and seventy-five and one hundred and
seventy-six, of article four, of the Maryland Code of
Public Local Laws, sub-title, "courts," and section
first, of the act, passed February fourth, eighteen
hundred and sixty-four, chapter six, entitled an act
to add certain additional sections, relative to the	Repealed and re-enacted
Superior Court of Baltimore city and to the Court of
Common Pleas in Baltimore city, to the fourth arti-
cle of the Public Local Laws, regulating the return
of process and the taking of judgments in said
courts;" and section six of an act, passed March
twenty-second, eighteen hundred aud sixty-seven, chapter four hundred and one, entitled, an act to
establish another court for the city of Baltimore, as
