CHAPTER 399.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the
claim of Thomas C. Basshor and Company, for
work done and materials furnished in the room
of the President of the Senate.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be

CHAPTER 400.
AN ACT to repeal section thirty-two, of article
fifty-six, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled " licenses," sub-title " foreign corporations
and companies," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of	-
Maryland, That section thirty-two, of article fifty-six, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled " li-	Repealed and re-enacted.

enacted to read as follows :
32. Every insurance company, including individuals,	Insurance
