AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments-

section one hundred and ninety-five, of chapter

one hundred and seventy-two, of the acts of

eighteen hundred and seventy-two, entitled an act

to add additional sections to article eighty-one, of

the Code of Public General Laws of this State,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That section one hundred and ninety-five,
