them at such points on the line of said turnpike, as

 

they may select.

 

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That the said turnpike

Ten feet wide

shall be made ten feet wide, to correspond with that

 

portion of said turnpike already made between the

 

Baltimore and Harford Turnpike and the White

 

House.

In force

SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

 

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 330.

 

AN ACT supplementary to an act, entitled " an act

 

to incorporate the Frostburg Water Company,"

 

passed at January session, eighteen hundred and

 

fifty-three, chapter two hundred and ninety-six,

 

providing for an increase of the capital stock of

 

said company, for the purpose of extending the

 

water supply to the town of Frostburg, and to

 

issue coupon bonds, and to provide a sinking fund

 

for the payment of the same.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Increase the

Maryland, That the capital stock of the Frostburg

capital stock

Water Company, may be increased to any amount

 

not exceeding sixty thousand dollars, in the manner

 

prescribed in said charter.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of

 

increasing and extending the water supply to the
citizens of Frostburg, the President and Directors

 

of the said Frostburg Water Company, are hereby

Issue Bonds

authorized to issue coupon bonds, under the corpor-

 

ate seal of said company, and signed by the Presi-

 

dent and Secretary thereof, to any amount not ex-

 

ceeding forty thousand dollars, bearing interest at the

 

rate of six per cent, per annum, payable semi-anuu-
