CHAPTER 133.

 

AN ACT to authorize the Governor to appoint an

 

additional justice of the peace for the ninth elec-

 

tion district, and also an additional justice of

 

the peace for the fifteenth election district, in

 

Frederick county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Governor be and he is hereby au-
thorized to appoint one additional justice of the peace

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That Charles Weber, Henry Strans, An-

they are hereby, constituted and made a body cor-

 

porate and politic under the name and style of the

 

German Bank'of Baltimore.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said corporation,

 

under the above name and style, is hereby made

and be impleaded, answer and be answered, defend

 

and be defended in courts of record, or any other

 

place whatsoever; to make, have and use a common
