CHAPTER 133.
AN ACT to authorize the Governor to appoint an
additional justice of the peace for the ninth elec-
tion district, and also an additional justice of
the peace for the fifteenth election district, in
Frederick county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of	Additional
Maryland, That the Governor be and he is hereby au- thorized to appoint one additional justice of the peace	justice of the peace
for the ninth election district in Frederick county,
and also one additional justice of the peace for the
fifteenth election district in Frederick county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force.
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 134.
AN ACT to incorporate the German Bank of Bal-
timore.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Charles Weber, Henry Strans, An-	Incorporation
ton Weiskittle, Frederick Wehr, Wm. G. Atkinson,
A. H. Schulz, J. G. Koppelmann, M. Willinger, Pe-
ter Volz, H. R. Hoenemam, Anton Bosse and Chris-
toph Gissel, and their successors in office be, and
they are hereby, constituted and made a body cor-
porate and politic under the name and style of the
German Bank'of Baltimore.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said corporation,
under the above name and style, is hereby made	Powers
able and capable in law to sue and to be sued, plead
and be impleaded, answer and be answered, defend
and be defended in courts of record, or any other
place whatsoever; to make, have and use a common
seal, and the same to break, alter and renew at their
