The House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 5 of chapter 173 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed January Session,
1864, relating to Meredith's Ford and Jarrettsville Turnpike
Company, in Harford county,"

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
