persons, as may be duly authorized by them, and

 

shall vote in all elections for directors in all of said

 

companies in proportion to the stock held by them

 

in said companies respectively.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That the County Com-

 

missioners of said county, are hereby authorized and

CHAPTER 87.

 

AN ACT to incorporate the Mcchanicstown Town

 

Hall Company in the town of Mechanicstown,

 

Frederick county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That Charles E! Cassel, William H. Da-

 

muth, Van B. Osier, L. Randolph Waeche, and

Incorporation.

Henry G. Foreman, their associates, successors and

 

assigns, be and they are hereby created a corpora-

 

tion and body politic, by the name and style of the

 

Mechanicstown Town Hall Company; and by that

 

name may have succession, and shall be capable in

Powers

law and in equity to sue and be sued in the courts

 

of this State, to make and use a common seal, and to

 

adopt such by-laws and regulations as may be neces-

 

sary to conduct the affairs of the corporation, not

 

repugnant to the Laws of this State, or this charter.
