by, or stored with it, or upon any bill of lading,

 

storekeeper's or inspector's certificates, order for the

 

delivery of goods, or other documents showing-

 

possession, or the rightthereto, or upon any evidence

 

of debt, stock or negotiable paper, or to purchase

 

and sell the same, upon such terms as may be law-

 

fully agreed upon by the citizens of this State, other

 

than corporations engaged in any similar business ;

and interest, and to make such other charges, as are

 

usual and customary ; and it is hereby enacted that

 

all such charges, expenses, advances, and commis-

the Baltimore Warehouse Company, or to which

 

the said Baltimore Warehouse Company may have

 

the right of possession; and if the said charges, ex-

 

penses, advances, loans , commissions, and interest,

 

or any of them, or part of any of them, shall remain

 

unpaid, when the same are or is payable, or if there

loans, or in relation to any of the particulars, here-

or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy the

 

said amount of said charges, advances, expenses,
