AN ACT to amend an act entitled "an act to in-

corporate the Potomac Fire Insurance Company

of Baltimore," passed at January session, eigh-

teen-hundred and .sixty-seven, chapter four hun-

dred and twenty-four: and to amend an act enti-

tled " an act to amend an act entitled an act to in-

corporate the Potomac Fire Insurance Company

of Baltimore, passed at the January session, eigh-

teen hundred and sixty-seven, chapter four hun-

dred and twenty-four," passed at the January

session eighteen-hundred and seventy-two, chapter

two hundred and thirty-five.

WHEREAS, The Potomac Fire Insurance Company
of Baltimore has now outstanding, and in the hands

of its stockholders, twenty-five thousand and fifteen

shares of its stock, of the par value of five dollars

per share, upon each of which said shares of stock.

the sum of four dollars only has been paid in; and
