A bill entitled ''An Act to declare the sanction of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of Rebecca Zim-
merman, late of Frederick county, deceased, to the Evangel-
ical Lutheran Church of Frederick."

Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 172 of Article
XCIII. of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
'Testamentary Law,' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments."

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to encourage and secure
Immigration from England, Scotlapd and other European

the Worcester and Somerset Rail Road Company."
