Mr. Brattan, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported

A bill entitled ''An Act to amend an Act passed January
Session, 1868, chapter 307, entitled an Act for incorporating
the Western Maryland College."

Which was read the first time.
Also,

A bill entitled ''An Act to amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Methodist Episcopal Church in Frederick,
passed February the 24th, 1841, chapter 125."

Which was read the first time.
Also,

A bill entitled "An Act to further amend the charter of
the Baltimore and Drum Point Rail Road Company, as in-
corporated and organized under the Act of 1868, chapter 364,
entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Drum Point
Rail Road Company."

Which was read the first time.
Also,

A bill entitled "An Act to extend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Borden Mining Company, passed at De-
cember Session, 1846, chapter 318, for the period of thirty
years."

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Claggett, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 62 of Article
LXXV., title 'Pleading, Practice and Process,' sub-title
'Practice, relating to Interlocutory Judgments and Writs of
Jnquiry,' and to re-enact the same with amendments."

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, reported

A bill entitled "An Act to provide for the payment of a
certain sum of money to Charles H. Gibson, State's Attorney
for Talbot county."

A bill entitled "Au Act to build and equip a Fire and
Police Boat for the harbor of the city of Baltimore, and to
appropriate a sum of money to pay the cost of the same."
