the Maryland Agricultural College, passed at January
session, 1850, chapter 97. being upon its third reading,

The House proceeded to the consideration of

The bill entitled an Act to refund to Nathan E. Berry, of
Baltimore City, for the benefit of J. S. Middleton and
others, monies erroneously paid by them to Inspectors of
Tobacco in Baltimore City, for outage and storage.

Said bill having been read a second time this day,

Mr. Merryman moved that the bill be ordered to a third
reading this day, in accordance with the provisions of the
Constitution, Article 3, section 2T.
