reading this day, under the provisions of the Constitution,
Article 3, section 27.

Mr. Stewart, of Baltimore City, from the Committee on
the Judiciary, reported without amendment,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the appoint-
ment of counsel to represent the State in the matter of the
arbitration proposed to be had on the boundary line between
Maryland and Virginia, and to appropriate a sum of money
to pay the expenses of such arbitration.

Which was read a second time.

Mr. McColgan moved that said bill be ordered to a third
reading this day, under the provisions of the Constitution,
Article 3, section 27.
