PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

Line 75, Amend by inserting after the word "dollars,"
the following : "Provided, That the amount of one hundred
thousand dollars includes the fifty thousand dollars appro-
priated by the Senate Bill for this purpose, if said Senate
Bill becomes a law."

Amend and insert "one thousand dollars to the Home of
the Friendless Children of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, at
Easton;" amend by making it "five thousand."

Add "five hundred dollars for each year for two years to
the Hebrew Orphan Asylum of Baltimore, and to the Church
Home and Infirmary of Baltimore City, two thousand dol-
lars."

Amend by striking out ''twenty-five," in line 80, and in-
serting "thirty."
