The Senate bill entitled an .Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 84, of chapter 418, of the Act of
1872, entitled an Act to repeal sections 79, 80,.81, 82, 83,
84 and 85, of Article 35, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Elections,"' sub-title "Representatives in Congress,"
and to enact the following in lieu thereof, so as to make Gar-
rett county part of the Sixth Congressional District.

Said bill was then read a second time.

Mr. Seth moved that said bill be ordered to a third reading
this day, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitu-
tion, Articles, section 27.
