The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 110, of
Article 18, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Chancery:"

AMENDMENT PEOPOSED.

Amend by adding after the word "repealed," in line 3,
section 1, the following, aso far as the same relates to Bal-
timore City."

The proposed amendment was adopted,

And the bill, as amended, read a second time.

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bill,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays:"

The Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief of the
estate of James Spicer, and the sureties of his bond as tax
collector for the years 1850 and 1851.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

On motion of Mr. Watkins,
At 11 o'clock, P. M., the House adjourned.
