The Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article 5, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Cal-
vert County," sab-title "Taxes," providing for the appoint-
ment of a Treasurer, and a more economical collection of
taxes in Calvert county.

The question recurring upon the adoption of the unfavora-
ble report of the Committee,

Mr. Gill moved that the bill be substituted for the un-
favorable report of the Committee.

Which was not sustained.

The unfavorable report of the Committee was then
adopted.
