The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 182, of the Acts
passed at the January session of the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1870, which was an Act to repeal chapter 414, of
the Acts of 1868, which was an Act to repeal Article 63, of
the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the Militia, and
sections 652 to 770, both inclusive, of Article 4, Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of the City of Baltimore, relating to Militia,
and to re-enact the following in lieu thereof,
