The bill entitled an Act to regulate the issuing of licenses
for the sale of spirituous and fermented liquors in this State,

Being upon a third reading,

Mr. Hines, (Mr. Seth in the Chair,) by unanimous consent,
submitted the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add at end of section 1:

"Provided, however, That this Act or any of its provisions
shall not apply to Baltimore, Prince George's, Allegany,
Somerset, Carroll, Howard. Washington and Wicomico conn-
ties, or Baltimore City."
