Mr. Gordy moved a reconsideration of the vote by which
the Report of the Majority of the Committee of Ways and
Means, in reference to the communication of the Hon. Levin
Woolford, requesting the striking out from the Appropria-
tion Bill for 1874 of the amount of twenty-five hundred dol-
lars, which had been inserted therein for payment of his
services for preparing Revenue Bills, was, on Wednesday last,
laid on the table.
