Strike out the title and insert in lieu thereof "A bill enti-
tled an Act supplementary to an Act passed January session,
1872, entitled an Act to provide for the repair and improve-
ment of the public roads in Calvert county."
SECTIONS. And be it enacted, That whenever the County
Commissioners of said county have reason to believe that any
public road in said county has come to be used as a public
highway, it shall be competent for the said County Commis-
sioners to appoint three discreet and sensible men, residing
