ported unfavorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 28, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "County Commis-
sioners, "sub-title"Mevidian Line Standard," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Mr, Clark moved to substitute the bill for the unfavorable
