The Senate bill entitled an Act to change the name of the
South Baltimore Chemical Works, incorporated by chapter
108, of the Act of the General Assembly of 1860, to that of
the Chappell Chemical and Fertilizer Company.

"Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.

Also,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 5, of
chapter 381, of the Act of 1872, so far as it relates to Prince
George's county, entitled an Act to provide for the destruc-
tion of hawks and owls, and to protect the class of small
birds, known as insectiverous birds, in Prince George's,
Talbot and Montgomery counties.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Agriculture,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to promote the increase
and growth of fish and terrapins in the waters of this
State.

on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

A bill entitled an Act to regulate and prescribe the man-
ner of holding post-mortem examinations, and analyzing the
stomach, bowels or contents thereof, and of other portions of
the human body, whenever any person is, or persons are
suspected to have deed from poison administered by any per-
son for the purpose of causing death, or for procuring any
poison to be taken by any person for the purpose of causing
the death of any person.
