Senate bill entitled an Act to further amend the charter of
the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad, as incorporated and
organized under the Act of 1868, chapter 364, entitled an Act
to incorporate the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Com-
pany,

Being on its third reading.

The question recurring on the adoption of the following-
amendments:

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Amend section 1, line 3, by striking out the words "two-
hundred and fifty," and inserting in place thereof "five hun-
dred."

Amend section 1, line 4, by inserting after the word "Com-
pany," the words "and the Southern Maryland Rail Road
Company."

Amend the title by striking out "two hundred and fifty,"
and inserting in place thereof "five hundred," and also by in-
serting after the word "Company," the words "and the
Southern Maryland Rail Road Company."

The amendments were severally adopted,

And the bill, as amended, was read a third time and passed
