tees of Huntingdon Chapel, in Baltimore county, in relation,
to the holding of property, the said Trustees of Huntingdon
Chapel having been incorporated for religious purposes un-
der an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Mary-
land, passed at its December session, 1846, chapter 323, en-
titled an Act to authorize incorporations in certain cases,
