The House met.
Present at the call of the roll, the following members :

Mr. Nutwell submitted the following order:

Ordered, That no business of any kind shall be considered

during this evening except Local Bills.

Which was adopted.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 840, 841,
844, 845, 846, 847, 848, 849, 850, 855 and 861, of Article 4,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the City of Bal-
timore, sub-title "Streets," and the Acts of Assembly of
1870, chapter 282, entitled an Act to repeal section 861, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "City
of Baltimore," sub-title "Streets," and to re-enact the same
to read as follows, and chapter 322 of the Acts of 1870, en-
titled an Act to add additional sections to the 4th Article of
Public Local Laws, relating to the City of Baltimore, sub-
title "Streets," and to re-enact other sections in lieu thereof,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as

follows :
