with amendments, and to amend and re-enact the same."

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize Henry C.
Leay, Bishop of the Diocese of Easton, as such in the Pro-
testant Episcopal Church, in the United States of America,
his successors in office and his and their assigns to hold a lot
or parcel of land conveyed to him by William Goldsborough
and others by deed, dated the 31st day of October, 1873."

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The Senate bill entitled "An Act relating to Auctioneers
in Baltimore county."

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Also,

The following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

February 10th, 1874.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message requesting the return to
your Honorable Body, for its further consideration 'The
House bill' entitled an Act to repeal section 25 of the Code
of Public Local Laws titled 'Harford county,' entitled
'Collectors' and re-enact the same with amendments which
was reported unfavorably upon by a Select Committee of the
Senate, on the 28th ultimo, and respectfully return the
same herewith."
