The bill entitled an Act to regulate the construction of
fences in Bucktown District of Dorchester county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate a Company to make a turnpike road from Hag-
erstown, Washington county, to the town of Sharpsburg,
passed at January session, 1853, chapter 129,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to enlarge the powers of the Trus-
tees of Huntington Chapel, in Baltimore county, in relation
to the holding of property—the said Trustees of Huntington
Chapel having been incorporated for religious purposes under
an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Maryland,
passed at its December session, 1846, chapter 323, entitled
an Act to authorize incorporators in certain cases,

third reading.

Baltimore county, executor of Joshua F. Cockey, late of Balti-
