The bill entitled an Act io authorize and empower the
Commissioners of Baltimore and Harford counties to build a
bridge over the Little Gunpowder Falls, near Stritehoof's
Mills.

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 287, of the Act
passed January session, 1870, entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tion 810, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
chapter 367, passed at January session, 1867, and to re-en-
act the same with amendments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore City to subscribe to the capital stock of
the Maryland Canal Company,or to endorse the bonds of said
Company,

Prince George's county, to be known as "District Num-
