the County Commissioners of Washington county to levy and
pay to Daniel Weisel, of Washington county, the sum of
three hundred dollars, as additional compensation for profes-
sional services in the cases of the State vs. Mary E. Rowland
and the State vs. Charles Carroll, removed from the Circuit
Court for Washington county,
