Mr. Hart, (the rules being suspended,) presented the peti-
tion of Barbara Bowers, aged eighty-four years, asking to be
restored to the pension roll.

The petition of Lydia D. Brown, aged sixty-five years,
asking to be restored to the pension roll.

The petition of Hazel Hobbs, aged seventy-nine years, ask-
ing to be restored to the pension roll.

Which were severally read and referred to the Committee
on Pensions.

On motion of Mr. Mackey,

Leave was granted to the Cecil delegation to introduce a
bill to repeal Article 98, of the Code of Public Local Laws for
Cecil county, and re-enact the same with amendments.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Prince George's county to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Washington City and Point Lookout Rail Road
Company,
