fifty other citizens of Dorchester county, on Local Option.

The following Acts of Assembly were this day presented
to his Excellency, the Governor, for his approval:
No. 113. An Act entitled an additional supplement to an
Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore, Catons-
ville and Ellicott's Mills Passenger Railway Company, passed
at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty, chapter
thirty-four.
No. 114. An Act to authorize and empower the Archbish-
op of Baltimore to convey to the School Commissioners of
Dorchester county, and their successors, a certain parcel of
land, together with the buildings thereon, as also to author-
ize the School Commissioners of said county to receive a deed
therefor.
No. 115. An Act to prevent the killing or trapping of
grouse in Kent county until the twentieth day of October,
eighteen hundred and seventy-eight.
No. 116. An Act to repeal section twenty-five, of Article
thirteen, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "How-
