of Baltimore City, and to incorporate the Baltimore City

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and said
bill ordered to be printed.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 124, of Article
10, Code of Public Local Laws, title ''Dorchester County,"
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to re-
enact the same with an amendment,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act for he relief of Rebecca Cresap,
by refunding State and county taxes erroneously paid,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of John H.
Yingling, late of the city of Westminster, deceased, to the
Trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church of the city of
Westminster, Carroll county, State of Maryland,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
