The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of the Act of
1870, chapter 77, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Frostburg, in Allegany county, and to re-enact the same in
an amended form,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 46, as
amended by chapter 255, of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed at the January session, 1872, 47,
49 and 50, as amended by chapter 384, of the Acts of the
General Assembly, passed at January session, 1872, 60, 61
and 74, Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Revenue and Taxes," in so far as the same may re-
late to Carroll county, and to enact additional sections to
Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled ' 'Carroll
county," sub-title "State and County Taxes."
