Section 1. line 5, strike out "same" and insert "further."

Senate bill entitled "An Act supplementary to the Act of
1870, chapter 213, making an additional appropriation to
Washington Cemetery, in Washington county,"

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 5 of Article
XCIII. of the Code of Public General Laws relating to Testa-
mentary Laws, and to re-enact the same with amendments,"

Being on second reading,

Mr. Steiner submitted the following amendment:

Page 2, line 4, insert after the word "deceased" the words
"not exceeding three hundred dollars."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Earle moved to reconsider the vote by which said
amendment was adopted.
