the county, for the purpose of erecting a court-house and
county jail, to issue bonds for the payment of the same, and
to levy taxes on the assessable property of the county to
redeem said bonds, and to pay the interest thereon,

Being upon a third reading,

Mr. Glotfelty, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the fol-

Line 3, insert the word "and," between the words "au-

Line 29, strike out the words " fifty," and insert " thir-
ty."

time," and insert in lieu thereof the words "as soon as con-
venient, and when so completed."
