Insert "Baltimore county and Washington county," after
the words "Montgomery county," wherever the same occurs
in the bill.

The proposed amendment was adopted, and the bill, as
amended, read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article 30,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and
Punishments," sub-title "Rivers," to come after section 170,
and to be called 170 a,
