The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 16, of chapter
476, passed at the January session, 1870, entitled an Act to
provide for the creation and regulation of Incorporated Com-
panies in the State of Maryland, and to re-enact the same
so as to read as follows,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading,

And having been engrossed,

Mr. Turner, of Baltimore county, moved that said bill be
read a third time this day.

tion, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution,
