Mr. Watkins submitted the following amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Sec. 30, line 7, strike out the words "or the municipal
authorities of the city."

Sec. 30, line 9, strike out the word "or," and insert "nor
shall any County Commissioner provide."'

Sec. 30, line 10, strike out the words "or city."
The several amendments, as proposed, were adopted.

Mr. Watkins submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Sec. 86, lines 9 and 10, strike out the words "tenth day
of April," and insert "first day of March."

The proposed amendment was adopted.
Mr. Watkins submitted the following amendments:

Sec. 87, lines 3 and 4, strike out the words "tenth day of
March," and insert "first day of March."

Line 7, strike out the word "amount," and insert "number
of shares."

Line 24, strike out the word "twenty-five," and insert
"one hundred."

Line 24, strike out the word "tenth day of April," and
insert "first day of March."

Line 26, after the words "account of," insert "the num-
ber of shares of."

Line 34, strike out the words "it entirely," and insert
"the aggregate."

Line 35, strike out the word "property," and insert "real
estate and chattels, real and personal."

Line 36, insert after the word "corporations," "in the
several counties and in the City of Baltimore."

Line 43, strike out the word "one," before the word
''thousand," and insert "five."

The proposed amendments were severally read and
adopted.

Mr. Robinson submitted the following amendment :

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add at end of Section 141:

"And all moneys levied for educational purposes of the
County Commissioners of the several counties, shall be levied
