more County," sub-title "Roads," passed at the January
session of the Legislature of 1870, chapter 309, and to enact
the same with amendments, so as to read as follows,

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and said
bill recommitted to the Baltimore county delegation.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the construc-
tion of fire-proof vaults in the court-house at Easton,
