Henry Rohr, late of Frederick county, deceased, to the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Congregation at Mount Zion, in Frederick
county, Maryland."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Amend Ijitle to bill by striking out the present title, and
inserting in lieu, thereof, the following: "A bill entitled an
Act to give and declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest of five hundred dol-
lars, contained in the last will and testament of Henry Rohr,
late of Frederick county, Maryland, deceased, to the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Congregation at Mount Zion, in Frederick
county, State of Maryland."
Amend the body of the bill by striking out all of said bill
after the words "that the" in the 2nd line of the 1st section,
and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "Sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland, be and the
same is hereby given and declared to the bequest of five hun-
dred dollars, contained in the last will and testament of Henry
Rohr, late of Frederick county, to the Evangelical Lutheran
Congregation at Mount Zion, in Frederick county, in the
State of Maryland.''
