Mr. Greenfield, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported,
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 2, 5 and 9, of an
Act to prevent incompetent persons from conducting business
as Pharmacists, or vending at retail, drugs, medicines or
chemicals for medicinal use in the City of Baltimore, and so
forth, passed at January session, 1872, chapter 414, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

Mr. Fenton, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money for
the purpose of removing the remains of Maryland soldiers of
the late Confederate States Army, and interring them in Lou-
don Park Cemetery, and enclosing and arranging the burial
lot.
